As an intern, you will undergo comprehensive training in the existing workflow of our Customer Service (CS) team. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to various projects, allowing you to broaden your skill set and understanding of our overall operations.
There is a potential pathway for you to transition into a full-time role within our CS team. Your eligibility for this opportunity will be assessed based on your performance during the internship. Demonstrating your capabilities and being a great fit for the team will position you as a strong candidate for a permanent position if one becomes available.
- Support to answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally during scheduled hours.
- Support to assist clients with inquiries, policy information, claims processing, and other insurance-related matters.
- Support to provide support and guidance to clients through effective communication channels, including phone, email, and company text messaging.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company database.
- Other tasks requested by the manager.

Working location: 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC
- University student or recent graduate.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- A careful and patient person has a service mindset.
- Can work with systems, know how to search and filter data.
