To support our business expansion, we are inviting sales professionals to join our Sponsorship & Ad Sales team. Based in HCMC and reporting to the Business Director, the Sponsorship & Ad Sales Manager is responsible for account management and generating sponsorship and advertising revenue.

We offer a competitive basic salary commensurate with your skills and experience, plus an attractive sales commission scheme.

Salary: Negotiable + Commission

Benefits: 13th salary, full social insurance, health insurance, 12 days off per year. Issued (Computer, ...) when working

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Identify, and research on potential new sponsors with minimal supervision

- Proactive sponsorship acquisition, including initial contact, presentations, proposals, and negotiations with potential sponsors

- Key Account management and customer service

- Proactive support for sponsors, partners and advertisers in activating sponsorship and advertising rights, benefits and entitlements

- Support the preparation of sponsorship and advertising contracts

- Prepare reports to sponsors, partners and advertisers

- Follow up on payments and collections

- Support the Business Director on business development tasks

- Presentable, dynamic, outgoing and self-motivated

- Bilingual in Vietnamese and English (additional languages are an advantage)

- University degree, preferably in marketing or business related fields

- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role in a fast-pace environment, preferably in media sales or corporate B2B sales

- Knowledge of marketing, branding, sponsorship, and advertising is an added advantage

- Passion for sports (football), esports and entertainment is an added advantage • Internet-saavy, knowledge in digital marketing and social media

- Good presentation skills

- Good project management skills

- Strong interpersonal skills because the Sponsorship and Advertising Sales team are responsible for dealing with high level corporate decision-makers

- High level of ownership and responsibility

- Willingness to travel internationally or to other provinces, and work or entertain clients on evenings and weekends when required
