Report to: Head of Agency Performance Management

Duration: 6 months – Full-time

Mentorship & Support: Interns will receive guidance from senior team members and participate in cross-functional meetings.

Description:

- Collect, clean, and organize business performance data.

- Assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

- Support performance analysis for campaigns and internal initiatives.

- Help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on data insights.

- Contribute to automating reporting processes to improve efficiency.

- Learn to design and apply KPI frameworks aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Strategy, Marketing) on data-related tasks.

Learning outcomes:

- Gain hands-on experience in business data analysis and performance reporting.

- Build competency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and possibly SQL.

- Strengthen skills in critical thinking, storytelling with data, and professional communication.

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, functions).

- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Proactive, responsible, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
